Bev Smith

Hi, I am Bev Smith and a life long resident of Guernsey County. I completed classes at Hondros College and was licensed as a Realtor in 1998. Having been awarded the OAR President’s Sales Club designation for achievement, I have the knowledge to advise clients and customers in their Real Estate transactions.

I live in Cambridge with my husband Don. We celebrate spending time with family, especially our 5 grandchildren. I am an active member of the First Church of the Nazarene where I serve on several committees and aid in numerous projects. I am also, a member of the Cambridge Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have served as a Director and was Chairman of the Education Committee for the Cambridge Board of Realtors.

I enjoy the Real Estate profession, it allows me to meet new and exciting people. I use my experience and enthusiasm to help them get the job done, whether selling their home or buying a new home. My motto is; Treat people the way you want to be treated.
