Rhonda Marvin

Hello, I’m Rhonda Marvin and a life-long resident of Guernsey County. I am a graduate of Meadowbrook High School, and Cambridge Beauty College having received my Cosmetology license in 1989. I received my Real Estate education through Hondros College and license in 1997. I am a member of the Cambridge Board of Realtors and the Ohio Association and the National Association of Realtors, and I presently serve as a Director of the Cambridge Board.

I reside close to Salt Fork State Park with my husband Steve. Steve has 20 years of banking experience, and is my financial coach in the area of real estate financing. I have 2 daughters and 1 son, Amanda, Jessica and Chase Brown, and the light of my life, grandson Evan. I am member of the First Presbyterian Church of Cambridge and enjoy family vacations, camping, fishing and shopping.

I feel I am in the perfect profession: I love my job, and enjoy helping people and have the knowledge and experience to make Real Estate transactions for both Buyers and Sellers smooth and professional.
